UK

Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

 

Delivery will be free of charge for all UK orders above £60. For all other orders, delivery will be charged at £2.95 per delivery.

 

We send our parcels tracked via Royal Mail.

When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address is correct, including the postcode.  We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, due to being sent to an incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address a £3 admin fee will be charged. 

​

If you have ordered a personalised item it will be posted out separately to the rest of your order. Usually around 1 week after the rest of your order.

European

Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

​

Delivery will be charged at £15 for all European Union deliveries. 

 

We send our European parcels tracked via Royal Mail. 

 

For all orders that are shipped outside the UK we cannot be held responsible for items refused at customs, delays of items held up in customs or for any customs duties or taxes payable on arrival in the destination country, etc.  

 

All items sold to the EU will be subject to the local rate of VAT and charges of the destination country.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address a £10 admin fee will be charged

Worldwide

Orders placed online will be despatched within 1-2 

working days.

 

Delivery will be charged at £22 for all Worldwide deliveries outside the European Union.

 

We send our Worldwide parcels tracked via Royal Mail. 

 

For all orders that are shipped outside the U.K. we cannot be held responsible for items refused at customs, delays of items held up in customs or for any customs duties or taxes payable on arrival in the destination country, etc.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address a £20 admin fee will be charged 

Delayed

If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to track your item with Royal Mail.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products we can offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, unused and in perfect condition.

 

Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 21 days of purchase.  Please include a note with your return stating your full name and order number.  If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure method as we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. It is also a good idea to retain proof of posting.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return postage and personalised items cannot be returned.
