Due to the price and nature of the cushion inserts, we only offer a 6 month warranty for the cushion inserts. After months of use small holes can appear on the seams and they may start to deflate. If this happens after 6 months, please contact us and we will provide you with a free delivery code so you can purchase a replacement.

All of the Cove Baby cushion covers are sewn in Lancashire, England, and we design almost all of our styles in-house here in the UK. Wherever we can, we try to support local businesses.

YES! The cushions can be used with lots of different high chairs. We often take one of our Cove Baby Cushion Covers out with us, together with the cushion insert, when we head out for the day. Simply deflate your cushion insert and pack it in your day bag with your choice of Cove Baby Cushion Cover. Inflate when you get to your destination and hey presto, you have a comfortable baby for their mealtime. Just remember to take it home with you!

Our Cove Baby Cushion Covers are designed to be cleaned by hand using a damp cloth and perhaps a small amount of disinfectant/fairy liquid as most spillages are simply wiped from the surface. Certain spillages, including tomato-based sauces (curry, Bolognese etc.) can stain, so if you choose to machine wash your Cushion Cover we recommend washing on a delicate setting. Please note that, as the Cove Baby Cushion Covers are designed to be hand washed, Cove Baby cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the Cushion Cover if you choose to machine wash your Cove Baby Cushion Cover. Please ensure the cover is fully dried before using it again.

The Cove Baby cushion covers are made from wipeable coated cotton in a matt finish, making your little-one’s messy meals hassle free whilst offering comfortable support. After each use, simply wipe your cushion cover with a damp cloth/disinfectant, where necessary. Although our cushion covers are wipeable and most spillages are simply wiped from the surface using a damp cloth, no material is truly stain resistant. Spillages should not be left for too long, as there are certain items which will stain if left in contact with the surface (for example tomato-based sauces (curry, Bolognese etc.)). If you're concerned about staining we would recommend purchasing a darker coloured cushion cover. The Liberty print cushion covers are 100% cotton and machine washable. We recommend washing them at 30 degrees.

We do! The Cove Baby leg wraps are the perfect accessory to upgrade your IKEA Antilop highchair. Available in matt black, gold and wood effect, each of the leg wrap effects match a number of our placemats and cushion cover styles. The leg wraps are made from architectural film, so are strong and durable, but are also incredibly easy to fit. Each set of leg wraps comes pre-cut so, all you have to do is, peel off the wrap and apply to each leg. It couldn’t be easier and should take less than 5 minutes. The personalised footrest is sent directly from the engraver, so it will arrive in a separate package to the rest of your order. The personalised footrest arrives within 1 to 2 weeks after the order has been placed.

Your fully adjustable Cove Baby footrest comes with four rubber o-rings and two o-rings, to secure the footrest in place. Here is an installation video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kxMgcb7cWNQ Simply slide the first pair of o-rings up the leg to the desired height and slot the footrest into place above the o-rings; then slide the white pair of o-rings to sit above the footrest to prevent your child knocking it up.

No, any personalised items cannot be returned. They have been made to order and engraved with a specific name, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Your fully adjustable Cove Baby footrest comes with four rubber o-rings to secure the footrest in place and although the footrest should support the weight of your child, you may find that the footrest can slip a small amount, depending on your child’s exuberance during mealtimes and with the build-up of spills and natural oils over time. Cleaning the legs occasionally with alcohol gel can help reduce slippage. To get no slippage at all purchase our Support Clips here! Simply tighten round the leg below two o-rings to protect the footrest. That’s it - no movement at all!

They do! Our placemats are also made from FDA approved silicone and designed for eating off, to make baby-led weaning easier, so equally you can let your little one eat directly off the Cove Baby Placemat too.

Yes! We do table placemats, which are rectangular, measuring 30cm X 40cm and we also do table placemats for the Stokke Highchair.

Yes! Although after your little-one’s meal we recommend simply removing the mat from the tray and rinsing under the tap or cleaning with some washing-up liquid. As simple as that!
